Not sure of its monetary value or reputation...perhaps the more knowledgeable watch lovers here would know? I plan on getting it refurbished and hopefully put it to some use.


Waltham is a relatively well known and well made pocket watch. I believe some of the Waltham watches were railroad (ie accurate) watches. In good condition, I would guess it was worth a few thousand dollars. I don't believe Waltham made more complicated watches (calendars, chronographs, etc) that would increase the price substantially.
