I agree that this bottle was much better after 30+ minutes open. I did the "Mollydooker Shake" on the bottle after pouring one glass I put the cork back in and agitate the bottle a few times until the gas blows off. I use this technique on my inexpensive bottles in an attempt to aerate or open them up. I wouldn't recommend this for an 82 Lafite.
