salmon fillets with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, thyme and oregano and fingerling potatoes with '02 Brocard Fourchaume and Edna Valley West Slope Chardonnay, i believe '01 vintage. grilled skirt steak with onions and jalapenos tonight, not sure about wine yet.
