seasoned pork roast, quick fried w/ garlic to brown, baked with portobello mushrooms, potato's, baby carrots, zuchinni, yellow onions. paired with 00' Estancia Cabernet.

the Estancia is still sitting on my kitchen counter. a TN into it, we switched to a 01' Concannon PS Wink
