Ah I jest, because DoubleD was trying to pimp these to me all of last year saying how it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
It's an overpriced delamotte.
I'd say it's a poor man's Bollinger RD (which was able to be had at 150$ vs teh 125$ of this pipe) It 's more sour, not as pure fruit, the mousse not as fine, and the brioche not as pronounced.
I'm hoping time adds more complexity to this bubbly as I've got no experience in seeing how champagne ages, I can't make the assessment of its potential.
