finz I'll post again my reply since the mods will be reviewing my initial reply to you for a couple weeks.

I drink the wine right after taking it out. Should I let it get to 65 degrees first? They're stored anywhere from none up to a few weeks - I'm too new at this to have done it longer yet. The fridge temperature cycles 2-4 times/hour.
