2000 La Croix du Casse. Amazingly good. Dense, chewy and complex. I have had 3 since getting a 6-pack, and they all showed well enough, but this one was a different experience. If you have a bottle of this, I'd recommend you stand one up. There was a ton of sediment in this bottle.
