A second vaccine trial goes on hold as the Johnson & Johnson Phase III trial reports a patient with an unexplained illness.

Moderna and Pfizer still conducting their Phase III trials, but with J&J on hold and Astrazenaca still on hold, it's not looking too great for an early authorization of a vaccine.
