Francis, see my post on CBD drinks above. Also, I tend to wake up about 10 times or more a night. So for sleep, I have been having my Amazon Echo dot play meditative "surf sounds" at night. I find it puts me right out, and I awake only 2-3 times now.
Thanks a lot for sharing, I heard that relaxing music and white noise might be helpful but didn't try it. I'll check it out.
