There are still some Heritage Tomatoes about. Stef and I bought some yesterday, and I bet you can round some up. Cut up 6-7 different types, chop a little fresh dill or basil, and lightly salt. Shave a little cheese (I used a hard swiss) and serve with toasted french bread.
