2007 Rotari Trento Flavio Talento
100% Chardonnay, traditional method, disgorged in 2014. Nice yeasty, nutty character thanks to 60 months on its lees. Major detractor for me: it's on the sweet side with 9 g/L dosage.

I think this was a tip from VinT. My second of three bottles. I like it, but I still haven't wrapped my head around what I'm tasting. There are notes I just can't identify.
