Reply to "April 2019 What's for dinner?"

I was smoking salmon and made a plate with Jamon Ibireco, OG Kristal gouda (wow cheese of the year so far), some Reggiano and olives and it was so good and satisfying with a 1/2 bottle of Carlisle James Berry syrah, I left the salmon a the rack to cool and use for lunch salads this week.
