Whole, filet, or steak? Either way it's a great deal.
$10/lb whole (9-17lb range) and $10-$20 extra if you want it butchered for you (great deal). I took mine home and loined, bellied, collared and portioned everything, and vacuum sealed it all. It took about an hour but was blown away at the amount of fish when I laid it all out. Also put the head and carcass in the oven and pulled over 1lb of meat off the spine, cheeks, head, etc. Made gravlax with some. Really a lot of awesome salmon. I'm going to buy another and stock up the freezer before the season shuts down.
Filet and steaks are going for $16-20lb from the fisherman, and up to $30lb in the local stores.
