While it is true that 3rd party contractual interference can be sued for in tort, protests have never been part of that litigation (that I know of). (That is generally for: "we will pay you X to break your contract with this other entity" type deals.) I would think that Donald Trump would be about as unsympathetic a plaintiff as they come. Every year I get one or two letters from inmates who wish to sue the prison doctor for one thing or another. Maybe they have some merit on the medicine, and maybe not, but the letters are all disposed of in the shredder without further study. Note to Mr. Trump: I am not comparing you to an inmate! Don't sue me! 99% of lawyers give the rest of us a bad name. | |||
