I'm not from the US, so I personally don't care about ESPN. Every game up here is televised on either TSN or Sportsnet.

ESPN will have HD coverage. I am from the US, so I personally care.

I don't get why you asked about ESPN to begin with if you didn't care.

I was asking for PURPLE's sake. If the games were being carried on ESPN360, she could have streamed them while at work.

Very entertaining first 45, much more open than I would have expected. A real shame about Alexander Frei though, he looks to be done, and if he is so may Switzerland be. of course watch him come out for the second half, pull a Paul Pierce.

After watching Frei in tears leaving the field, I doubt that he'll be back.

The Swiss got jobbed. They were the better team throughout the game but couldn't get it by Cech. But what was with the two clear handballs that the Czechs (both by Ufalusi) got away with? I thought the home team always got the call, right Mezzo Litro.

Only the one in the box where they followed up and hit the bar was a handball. That was hand-to-ball.

The second one near the end of the game was clearly not a handball. The defender's arm was pinned against his body, and therefore it was ball-to-hand (arm). That is not a handball. The referee made the correct call there.

The second one would have been harsh but I've seen it called before, he did move into it. And Futronic who hurt Frei, oh that's right Grygera a Juve player. Bunch of dirty cheats. Razz

Thanks and Euro08.com is feeding live and replays through ESPN360 -it works.

It think the ref was stingy with the yellow cards during the Portugal/Turkey game.

Today's predictions are for two lopsided games. Both Croatia and Germany should have any easy time of it, although I personally would love to see Poland win. Maybe they would be able to if the three Polish born players; Klose, Podolski and Trochwski played for them not the Germans.

Glad someone else sees it and mentions it. Kind of awkward to have German players speaking Polish to each other on the field.

Poland did not deserve to win, they had a few nice sparks but overall they just did not get through the German defense. The play that would have tied the game was called off due to an incorrect offsides call.

Is there a team in Euro that doesn't have a Brazilian player ?
Just got through sleeping watching the Romania/France game.

That's a bit of an overstatement don't you think. I believe that there are three, one each for Turkey and Poland, and of course Deco.
