Djokovic and Sharapova are the biggest surprises, so far. I didn't expect Roddick to do much, considering he was out for a while with a bad shoulder, and Ivanovic does not have a game conducive to winning on a grass court.

Look for more top-seeds to fall this weekend.

The American men didn't show up at all. Hopefully one of the Williams sisters will make a run. When they decide to play doubles together at Wimbledon I think they really want to get ready and focused.

Glad to see him gone... he is whiny, annoying guy with too big of an ego...

On the upset side, glad to see Shahar Peer, the Israeli beat Safina today.

Wibleton or not, has anyone else noticed that the "grunts" on the ladies' side are even more, well, pronounced [read: annoying] than they've ever been? It drives me crazy - really annoying.

Cheers!

I'm becomming a Nadal guy. He is young and strong and I know Federer hasn't lost on grass in years but I think Nadal is going to push him as Federer gets older.

An all Williams final on the Ladies side. Venus likes the grass. I'll give her the nod.

Federer vs. Nadal.

Who are you picking? Smile

I really don;t care which Williams wins. In fact, they tend to both play poorly against each other and I will probably pass on watching the women's finals...

As for the men, I am for Nadal. I think this is his year. Although, I really like Roger, too. As tennis fans, we really can't lose...

Easy godx, easy.

Looks like they're both playing to win. I'm picking Serena.

And, Nadal for the gents.

I'm not watching every point, but there are some head popping shots being made. Incredible players. And, for the record, I love the shrieks. A Serena/Sharapova finals would have been even more of a grunt-fest. Wink.

The Williams sisters were interesting to watch five years ago. Now it is a tired story, imo.

Women's tennis needs an injection of excitement; new and compelling rivalries. It is a bit stale right now.

Nadal certainly provides a great storyline for Men's tennis. I am defintely looking forward to tomorrow's final.

I used to feel the same way when watching Gabriela Sabatini.
