Note- no affiliation other than being from New Orleans

I happend to stumble across W.I.N.O. tonight while in New Orleans for a business meeting. Their located on Tchopitoulas. Down the street from Emerils. 80 wines to taste from 1/2 ounce to 5 ounce pours. I tasted Oregon Pinot's, Burgundy, Cal Zin and even a 1/2 ounce taste of 01 Yquem. It was only their 2nd night open. Everything by the taste plus more is available for sale by the bottle.

Picked up a few bottles of 4 Vines Zin and some Chilean Cab. Great concept. Check it out if you come to town....

80 bottles of wine to taste with 1, 3 and 5 0z tastes.

The Yquem and Margaux actually start with 1/2 oz tastes. the 1 oz tast is 1/10 the bottle cost and then the others are at a slight discount. You get to taste a wide variety of wines at different price points and all are for sale in bottle. Great concept.
