I'm heading to play a few rounds of golf at Pinehurst in April. Are there any do not miss restaurants we need to check out?

TIA,

You might send an email to WineDrinkerofTexas. His company hosts an annual golf tournament, food, etc... for their top clients there every year and he might have a suggestion or two.

The restaurant at the Holly Inn (part of the Pinehurst resort) has always been excellent. I heard they have a new chef so I will add that one unknown.

Hmmmm, first it's espresso machines and now this. I just got back from Pinehurst last night. Elliots is excellent and they have a very good wine list, albeit heavily biased toward American wines.

I didn't eat at the restaurant in the Holly this time, but did last year and it was also excellent.

Some colleagues told me the Pinecrest Inn was also excellent.

Enjoy and hit 'em straight.

bez, I do not. I think Club Corp. sold out within the past few months. I think they only kept one or two properties.

I try to schedule at least 4 major golf trips a year with clients. We had a wonderful time at Pebble Beach this month. After Pinehurst, we will head North where it will be a little cooler. Smile

Any new thoughts?

Heading out on Thursday.

Because of Friday night in Philly, I shipped out 6 bottles of Bordeaux today, including the '82 Haut-Brion. Wink

Now if the weather will just clear up!
