Just curious if any members here are also participants in other forums on the web, whether wine related or not.

I am a forumite of the following websites as well.

www.fouduvin.ca Local French language wine website
www.e90post.com BMW website

Anyone else?

I don't particpate in any other online forums, but I have submitted several personal encounters to Penthouse. Some of you may have read them. Wink

Yet another wine forum. Very small and not a lot of posts on a daily basis.

chowhound (scotty dog) occasionally. I barely have time to read and post here. How do some of you people find the time to participate in multiple forums/blogs? Just curious.

"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the wine I drink I feel shame. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the vineyards and all of their hopes and dreams . If I didn't drink this wine, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this wine and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

No. A couple of other guys started it. There was a group of people that were on a forum tied to a wine retailer and it got a little too heated so the retailer shut it down overnight. They all migrated as a group over to this site that two of the guys started. I took over as moderator for a while because they both have life events tying them up for a while.

Nope. Still hanging in there. It's not as vibrant as it once was but it still has it's core of dedicated followers that post daily.
