Good afternoon everyone. Isn't it a lovely Memorial Day weekend out there!
Labor Day weekend's looking quite nice. Colombus Day's even better! No need to say how nice Election Day's looking!
The sox have the Yanks over their knee and are giving them the same who's your daddy treatment they give the Angel's rally monkey every year in the playoffs.
yuk yuk yuk
I hate to be the one to break this to you but with that bullpen your pinstripes are headed for a third or fourth place finish in the east.
Icewhiner must be clairvoyant.
I'm glad the Sox spend more effort and money on the farm system and player development than the Yankee's ever will. That's what keeps them ahead of your pin stiped losers.
You nailed that one!
Texiera: 182 3HR and 10 RBI Sebathia: 1W-3L w/ 4.85 ERA
I see your spelling is as fine as your prognostication.
Glad that's not my $65,500,000.00 out there. 7 Teams dont even put that much into their entire payroll and at least a few of them should be playoff tems, which the Yankee's will not.
Here's a lesson for you about shooting your mouth off.

All part of the fun. I'll be more sporting next year and make the bet before the start of the season. Maybe I can get a better result.
I know it's your favorite. You worked so hard to figure out the cut and paste functions on the computer and now you're so proud you can't help yourself. So much easier than chiseling stone tablets like they did whe you were a boy isnt it?
I haven't won at all. I'm not on the Red Sox moron. Are you on the Yankees? No, so you've never won anything either. Pet peeve of mine but I hate when fans put themselves on the team and say "I" and "we" but keep trying the smack talk thing, I expect you might grasp it by spring training.
As for yet another of your lies

Maybe he's full of it like you but you didn't dispute him at the time.
I've dined with a lot of people. If one of them was Wine Wizard, he used a different name with us. Go cry in your Sam Adams, loser.

Right, some random guy dined with you and your wife and you had no idea who he was. Thats funny. Maybe in at your age you just forgot or maybe it's just another of your lies. Whatever name he used he's a skunk and he skipped out with my wine. But as I said, whatever the name he used, that's the type I'd expect you to be around.
Sam Adams is a good beer, especially their wheat beers. I'll enjoy one and you go enjoy your parade with the rest of the children and Peter Pan crowd.
If I dined with the Wine Wizard, it was at a group event and he didn't use that name. You may resume crying in your Sam Adams. It's a pity your life is so empty that sports is so meaningful for you. I enjoyed the parade and the ceremony that followed.

Right, it's me with the empty life. It's killing you that the Yanks winning doesn't bother Boston fans like it used to isn't it? Care to guess how many of the last 6 Boston Championship parades I've been to since 2002? Parades are for children and losers. Despite how childish you usually act we all know you're way way too old to be a child, so where does that leave you? A bitter old loser who can't even grasp the term talking smack. Hope you got some good autographs today.
It is you with the empty life. It's quite obvious to all of us how bitter you are at the Yankees winning the World Series for the 27th time.
By the way, you're lying again. I didn't go to the parade, though I see nothing wrong with saluting the champs. I can grasp the term "talking smack." Unfortunately for you, you can't. To you, it's ridiculing the fans of your competitors and boasting about your own team. I'm not the one making personal attacks here; you are.
See below for an example of "talking smack."

Broken record, broken record, broken record. You're dumber than I ever would have imagined. You clearly don't grasp the concept of talking smack. Here's a lesson for you. Study up and try again. You're same lame post over and over and over and over for weeks IS NOT TALKING SMACK! It's just being an A-Hole, which you clearly have mastered.

Hmmmm...
Your link instructs him to:
"League Loudmouth - Is there a guy in your league with a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth? He's now your target for a full smack talk assault. Take every stupid post he's made and tear it apart ."
According to Icewhiny, you are doing a good job Board-O. Keep it up.
Well yeah, except my posts weren't stupid. A few turned out to be wrong but they were all accurate facts at the time posted. I didn't read the tea leaves as well as you. Big whoop. I was wrong about where the Yanks would finish and that they'd miss the playoffs. I thought this collection of high priced stiffs wouldn't gel any better than the last 8 years worth. I was wrong there. Oh no!
Other than that the stats I posted were accurate, the fact that your bullpen sucked was and still is accurate, the Red Sox do spend more money developing their farm system, and at the time they were beating the Yankee's like a rented mule. I live in the moment and all of that was accurate at the time. It doesn't bother me one bit that it all went downhill from there. That's just the way it is. If the truth offends you go back to your cave in your mothers basement and hide from the real world again.

You're so right GA. I lost, I lost, I can't believe I lost the world series. I'll have try harder next year.
I don't care about the sports once it's over. I'm not one of the chumps who wanders around in a player jersey or a team jacket and hat year round. I do care about the morons who make it personal and can't keep it as sports/entertainment and some fun trash talk.

Well, nobody can accuse you of inconsistency.

Sucks to be you!

Some of them, like this one have said they were wrong, word for word actually, but some of the Yankees fans are too stupid to read. Those same stupid people care more about the fact that Boston fans don't care about it like they did pre-2004 than the fact that they finally won another one and can't even accept congratulations and the fact that said Boston fans are actually happy for most of the Yankees players on this team, save A-Fraud and Joba the Hut of course.
You're cave is in your GRANDMOTHER'S basement?! That place must be hundreds of years old. You should try living in the moment instead of the past. You'll probably like it, except of course for the fact that at the moment you're a gigantic ageing a-hole with a sucky life and loser friends like the Wine Wizzard. Other than that it's a great time to be alive.

Let me see if I can break this down for you......
1. Nimrod runs mouth. 2. Nimrod talks BS when his team is doing well. 3. Nimrod criticizes other people and their favorite team(s) in process. 4. Nimrod exclaims other peoples team will not see post season. 5. Nimrod is completely wrong as others team wins world series. 6. Nimrod gets the crap he deserves because all he does is bloviate. 7. Nimrod acts like everyone is a dick for treating him like he deserves. 8. Nimrod is simply a nimrod and should man up and shut up. 9. Nimrod isn't very smart so number 8 isn't likely to happen.
Did I get this right?

Nimrod (Hebrew: נִמְרוֹד, Modern Nimrod Tiberian נִמְרֹד ; Nimrōḏ Arabic: نمرود) is a Mesopotamian monarch mentioned in the Book of Genesis, who also figures in many legends and folktales. He is depicted in the Bible as a mighty ruler and nation builder.
I didn't know you thought so highly of me.
