Anyone know any good wineries to visit in the Livermore area? I will be there next week from Monday to Tursday.

Cheers

Cedar Mountain is great for Port. Thomas Coyne is another good place to visit. Livermore is a fun place for wine tasting and they do have some great wines. Wood Family Vineyards is another favorite, but you do need to call for an appointment.

Cheers!

White Crane Winery fruit for their Pinot Noir comes from the Santa Lucia Highlands. One of the best Pinot Noir growing areas in the state.

There Estate Cabernet is the fruit Steven Kent winery started their cab program on before White Crane took it over. The 2002 White Crane Cab took a double gold medal beating out the $100 plus Napa Cabs in the SF Chronical Wine Competition two years ago.
