I'll be in Madrid next week and have Monday evening open. Anyone out there have good restaurant recommendations in Madrid?

Puerta del Morros for elegant classical dining

Casa Botin for rack of lamb or suckling pig in an ancient building just off Plaza Mayor

Pacos for steak- just great steak

Just one more sip.

Due to late arrival of one of my colleagues, we ended-up going to a restaurant near the hotel here in the Cuzco are -- Teitu. We had a very nice meal. I had steak and the other two had fish. Topped-off very nicely with a bottle of 2001 Contino Rioja Reserva (90 points).

I would recommend the restaurant. Hopefully, I have a chance to make it to at least one of the places Board-O suggested, near the city center, either tomorrow or Wednesday.
