Any recommendations for a romantic bed and breakfast somewhere between Yountville and Calistoga? I'm not finding much that will take a one night (Saturday) reservation. It's not really worth it to drive uo Friday night after work. Thanx in advance!

In the off-season more places will let you book for just one night. I have called on Friday evening and booked a B & B that happened to have a vacancy for Saturday.

My favorite Wine Country B & B is Honor Mansion, but it's in Healdsburg.

I'm sorry I couldn't be more help!

Check out http://www.shadyoakscountryinn.com/

They have a sister inn as well. John and Lisa, the inn keepers are super-great folks and have been at it for quite a while. ie, not a fly by night or hobbyist inn keeper.

Enjoy!
