It really sucks to be Jeff Sabold right now.

I wonder what his insurance company will have to say about that one, as there's now a clear record of him stopping on the tracks, clearly DUI, without the ability to avoid his Ferrari from being completely totaled. Roll Eyes

Can you say out of pocket loss?

Actually, he was DRIVING a Ferrari. It says nothing about his ability to AFFORD it, sometimes they are different. Especially the way our banking system was until the recent past. Sorry to be so literal.

on the audio he says he called the rental car company. so I guess he could afford to rent a ferarri. Hopefully he bought the insurance.
