If LT gets only 50 yards, that would be a blessing as long as he doesn't do much in receiving yardage. The record does not matter, only what happens on this Sunday.

Off here shortly to hopefully watch the Cowgirls whoop up on the Deadskins. Got some Champagne, non-expired cheeses, bread, meats, olives, etc... packed up and ready for the tailgate.

So do all you Favre critics still think he should be retired?

No. The AFC definitely needs more 2-2 teams this year so the Pats can take it again.

After he throws 6 picks and 1 TD next game, I am sure they will be back.

NFC East seems to be tightening up a bit.

Just one more sip.

True. Painful loss today and the iggles are looking pretty good so far against the teddies.

Ugly game, but a road win is always nice. Go Bolts.

Looks like the power in the NFL is located in the NFC East, but it's not going to be easy to get home field advantage in the playoffs because they have to play each other twice.

Just one more sip.

At least the Lions didn't lose this weekend.

The other teams are more fun to watch, anyway.

The secondary is terrible, they are giving the receivers way too much room. After 4 games, not even 1 interception.
I really hope they will learn from this game.

It was the Raiders, nothing to get excited about.

Big Grin Unless you are a Chargers fan. Hey, it counts the same in the win column.

Wow, Bears defense looked pretty doggone good in the 4th quarter last night. Heck of a goal line stand that took the air our of the iggles.

An even uglier road win was achieved by the Browns in Cincinnati. At least my Brownies picked up their first win but I am not looking for many more this season.

What on earth has happened to Braylon Edwards? He doesn't even look like he should be in the league let alone coming off a pro bowl season.

Kansas City won a freakin' game! Woo-Hoo! And they actually beat a decent team.

The down side is that it may delay Herm Edwards' firing.

Edwards had a freak accident during training in August and has not fully recovered. Donte Stallworth stepped on the back of his heel when Edwards was running sprints in his bare feet. The injury required stitches and a night in the Cleveland Clinic. The injury ended up being a little more complicated than it should have been and he missed a lot of training. He’ll come around - hopefully.

I did hear about that accident, it seems he's suffering more from the drops than a lack of speed and separation but as you mentioned the lack of training is probably the reason for that. I hope he can turn it around, the Browns need him and he was a lot of fun to watch last year.

Any guesses on what Rashard Mendenhall will do tonight? Against a very tough Baltimore defense, it could go either way. I think he's going ot surprise a few people and have a pretty darn good game. I think I'm in the minority.

Cheers!

I would be really surprised if he topped 100 yards, but he may pop in a TD. Ravens/Steelers games are usually wars and the Ravens D seems to have its swagger back after a down year.

I agree, I am hoping for a low scoring defensive battle.
