I told you this would happen. I saw this coming ( Jets swan dive) a thousand miles away. He's not such a "Manginius" after all, is he. I feel for you. The Knicks?...what can we say.

Indy: Put it this way. In the third quarter of Sunday's game (maybe second), the fans broke out in a spontaneous cheer of "Let's Go Rockies." And if you do not think that pissed off the Donkeys, with six minutes left in the third quarter, estimates are that 60,000 out of 76,000 fans had already left the ballpark. Go Crocs! Moo

Bills/Cowboy game was unreal. I could actually watch a repeat of that game.
Being a Phins fan, I was happy about the outcome though. The Bills snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.

Damn, New England is good. As much as it pains me, they look unbeatable right now. If they can handle the Colts in a few weeks (in Indy), then they might run the table. Whew!

How many superbowls has your loser team won. Oh yeah.... zero. Typical Charger fan. Bandwagon another team because yours just can't get it done. News for you, you are supposed to beat the Raiders this year. Unfortunately, you can't beat anyone in the playoffs, now can you? Shouldn't you be in the other thread whining about Cristal and marketing.......? Congratulations for winning the annual Chargers superbowl, a game against the Raiders. Only a pathetic fan with a pathetic team like you and yours would take any enjoyment out of that.

Let's see how they do in Oakland. Oh, by the way, the Raiders suck. Beating them is not exactly a great accomplishment. If Oakland wins next week they are tied for first, you should be ashamed that the Raiders are that close.
Remember to always aim high, that way you won't get any on your shoes.

When I lived in SoCal, I was absolutely astonished at how big bandwagon fans San Diegans seem to be. When the Chargers sucked, no flags, no colors, NO FANS. When the Padres sucked, same damn thing... NO FANS. But, you bet you're ass, when the teams looked like they were going to put together a winning season, the fans came out in droves. Pathetic.

SCOREBOARD!
Scoreboard? It's three supebowl wins to zero. You have a funny idea of which scoreboard matters. Contrary to your ridiculous assertion that I'd boast about winning a regular season game, true Raider fans only celebrate winning it all, it's what separates us from fans like you. I almost hope that the Chargers win a superbowl. It will finally be proof of the absence of god.

Guess what, Every city has bandwagoners, trust me. I've been to NFL games in a majority of the league's cities, and with the exception of Green Bay, folks hop on and off at will, everywhere. No bandwagoners in Green Bay. SHOW ME YOUR LIGHTNING BOLT!!!

I know what I said may sound like a generalization, but its not. I've spent considerable amount of time in several major cities in the US, but in San Diego there seems to be an unusual amount of bandwagoners, like seriously... a lot.

Lking, Ok, I do concede that San Diegans band wagon more than the cold weather cities. Cities in which December brings two feet of snow, and no options for outdoor fun on a Sunday afternoon other than ice fishing and figuring out how to unstick the dumb neighbor kid's tongue from their cyclone fence. That said, I've been a Chargers fan through the miserable times and the fleeting good times. I was one of the only ones at the Dome laughing my arse off when the Bolts crushed the Colts' chance to go 14-0 a few years back. SHOW ME YOUR LIGHTNING BOLT! <and, go Colts, except when you're playing SD.>

yeah, I am not saying all fans are bandwagoners, there are the few faithful. I remember going to giant-san diego games when the padres sucked at the old Murphy. There would be more Giants fans than Padres, it was seriously pathetic. Then, you get one season in which the Pads start to do good, and you can't find tickets. There's a lot of Charger fans like that too. I lived down in SoCal for 6 years, half of which were years where the Chargers really sucked. No one, I mean no one had those little car flags like you see in other cities, no one hung up charger flags that litter the suburbs of every major city besides San Diego during football season. I remember going into sports bars and seeing like 2 or 3 die hards and everyone else was there playing pool or throwing darts, NOT watching football. Then, the Chargers have a good second half one season and everyone is a Chargers fan. Jerseys everywhere, flags on cars, and drunk pretend-die-hards crowding up the bars. That's what I consider pathetic. Go up to San Francisco, the Giants have sucked the last 4 years yet they still sell out almost every game, and the fans are always out showing support whether they suck or not.

Phil Simms gave him the name "guns" during a slow Monday night game. On another note, it's sad to see one of the most successful sports teams in all of sports (% wise) go down the tubes like this. The Dolphins are unwatchable. Chambers, good luck in S.D. Can it get any worse?
