I agree with you, I hate the fins so i would love to see the Pats run the table.
...but, the champange thing is a myth, it doesnt happen.

Agreed. The Eagles watched the Colts tape, Baltimore watched the Philly tape. Let's hope the Steelers have their big-boy pads on next week, and be prepared to jam receivers at the line, get pressure on Brady, and attack the middle of the field.

The legend that they all drink champagne is false, but I did see Nick Buoniconti <sp> and a couple of other Dolphins do just that on TV several years ago.
One of those internet myths with a lot of exaggeration mixed in with a bit of truth.

Heck, I pulling for the Dolphins to break the Bucs' record of 0-14 in a season. I really want to see 0-16.
Every time some team gets close to the '72 Phins, all the "haters" peek their head out and have something to say. I understand though. They are the most unique Super Bowl champions ever.
What I would like to see happen is that when the Patriots and the Dolphins play, the Pats are still unbeaten and the Phins have still not won a game.
The Phins beat the Patriots. That would be hilarious. And no, I am not a Dolphin fan.
I hate the Patriots. The way teams are playing them right now with hard physical football, I would not hand them the Lombardi just yet. If teams keep pounding them with everything they got, and they still get to the Super Bowl they might be too beat up to keep up with a high powered offense like the Packers or Cowboys have.

Something similar happened a few years ago. Very close to the end, if not the end of the season. The Fins beat the Pats, and their records were very similar to what they are now. Could happen again. But the Pats won't be undefeated, as today looks like a good day for a Steeler win.

Much to everyones hate for the Patriots, I think it would be ironic and so very sweet to see the Pats go undeafeated and the dolphins to go defeated for the whole season. Steelers had no chance in this game today, the NY Giants are the only team that has a outside chance and are in their way from going 16-0, IMO.
You know, it may come down to the fact that the Colts won't be able to catch the Pats, and NE will rest starters on the last game, while the Giants will probably be fighting for playoff positioning. 15-1 is more likely than 16-0.

No arguement from me Indy, that is my whole concern as well. I have alot riding on it thats for sure, but it certainly wont be the end of the world. It just would be nice to shut the dolphin camp up for the past 25 yrs, especially if they go 0-16. Can you tell I am not a Dolphin fan?
Ooooo, Colts look ready to sub out their backup QB for Manning, early 2nd quarter. Except for the nifty TD run-back, the Ravens are definately hung over from their game against the Patriots. Baltimore can take out their frustration on Miami next week.
