Hello, well to answer your question. My choice of music is once again the Latin Jazz station on xm radio, and at the moment I am listening to Luciana Souza-Muita Bobeira, Duos II. Pretty nice.

I don't think Sirius has a latin jazz (what I have). I know some of the stations can be hit or miss, so that's why I ask. What other songs on the station have you liked? Thanks.

Hello everyone, and lizardking this is a response to your question about which songs I have liked the most on the Latin jazz station. I think I like them all, its hard to just choose one. But at the moment I am listening to JP Torres, a song called Pick your clave, its got a nice tempo. That's too bad that sirius doesn't have a station like the one on XM radio, maybe you should consider switching. Wink

My wife loves Howard Stern too much to ever consider switching.

Shostakovich has always been hard to listen for me, spo. Maybe I just haven't listened hard enough, but then maybe I just don't like having to listen that hard. Maybe I should try again, but I’m not promising anything based on the last listen. Stravinsky does way more for me.

nasty bits, what I have noticed about almost all classical music is that most of it needs time for my subconcious to break it down and make it enjoyable or known. Sure there are more exciting parts that become familiar, but most works in their entirety have lots of slow (actually quiet may be a more apt description) moments. I am enjoying this again, right now.
