Bueno Serra Wine Spectator!!!

My third night in Montalcino...this place is incredible. I have been updating my blog with our trip details...but just wanted to keep those of you involved in this thread up to date.

Things are incredible, the wines are of course amazing and the food is to die for.

More details to come, for now it is back to this 1998 BdM riserva!

Ciao!

Quickly, bring me a beaker of wine, so that I may wet my mind and say something clever. - Aristophanes

Sarbuze - If you get this post, do yourself a favor and have dinner at IL Giglio in Montalcino. Ask to visit their cellar and you will find an incredible variety of older BdM's (that are not on the wine list). Really a cool experience and they will sell you anything from the cellar.
