That's a matter of opinion. I think you did, actually, as I said above. I should also point out that right after the snippet from the terms of service you put up, you added a personal attack. That's hilarious. Then to my clarification to your latest personal attack, that you wrapped around an utterly delusional interpretation of what I was saying, you cop out. A little condesention and a allusion to the rules that you seem to want a selective enforcement of. If you had actually watched the Iran-Contra Hearings, you would know enough of the people involved admitted what they did, that what I said above is not disputed as historic fact. A lot of people "couldn't recall" what they knew or what they did, but none of them denied it. Reagan himself acknowledged it regretfully happened. One interesting note is that Ollie North, made a hero for what turned out to be lies under oath, was then somehow able to make himself look like a hero for lying. Maybe, if Barry's lawyer is good enough, he'll be able to pull off the same thing. |

Uh, I don't think that Bonds makes nice with anyone, which contributes alot to why people want to see him fall. I don't know the guy, buy Gary Sheffield does, as told here and here. A clip from the first link: Bonds is one of the most graceless athletes to ever don a uniform. Bonds thought he could treat the feds with the same arrogance and boorishness he displays with everybody else. The best description I ever heard of Bonds came several months ago when Sports Illustrated baseball writer Tom Verducci was interviewed on the Sentinel's critically acclaimed and now defunct radio show Keep'n Score. Verducci told the story of a conversation he once had with Gary Sheffield, who spent a winter a few years ago living with Bonds. Sheffield saw the classless way Bonds treated people and warned him of the consequences. Remembered Verducci: "Sheffield said he told Bonds to his face, 'Because you treat people so badly, they're going to go out of their way to bring you down.' It turns out Sheffield was right. It's human nature. If you're not a likable guy and you tick enough people off, somebody's going to try to hand you your own justice." . . . |

It’s 2 things - his personality and the home run record. Bubble head has been singled out because he has benefitted the most from roids and he would not have achieved the record without them. The home run record is arguably the most popular record in all of baseball and the man behind the record will always be under scrutiny.

Hopefully A-Rod will put that to rest within the next 10 years. |

Having Sheffield criticize Bonds for being an a**hole is laughable. Sheffield is the ultimate "everybody is out to get me" player, who thinks he would be the best player in baseball (maybe ever!) if it wasn't for "The Man" trying to keep him down. He's been traded so many times because his talent is offset by his recurring clubhouse cancer. |

Yes, but if Gary Sheffield thinks you're an a-hole, you probably are.
