Freakshow. What's up with all these people crying all the time. Ramsay says he likes one of their dishes and they start crying. he tells them he doesn't like it, they cry.

Glad Top Chef is on tonight so I can see some real cooking

Makes me really wonder about their post-show employability. Roll Eyes

I wouldn't hire these people to mow lawns let alone dig ditches.

I don't know if there is anything to this, but in a news wire piece on the opening of Ramsay's LA restaurant, they had this to say about the job of the winner of the show:

"Ramsay will soon welcome another person in the kitchen of the new restaurant: the winner of the fourth season of "Hell's Kitchen." The champion will be offered a job as senior sous-chef at Gordon Ramsay at The London West Hollywood with a $250,000 salary. The season finale is scheduled to air July 8."

Yeah, that's the prize on offer. A $250K a year job. The actual title is never mentioned; the implication is that they'll be running the joint - they all keep talking about "having my own restaurant".

Nope - that is why I posted it. I think everyone knows that none of these numb-nuts is going to be executive chef of anything other than fantasy land - but to see sous-chef in print was interesting. Of course, junior sous-chef or first line cook or something would be more fitting but whatever

He/She could be given a title and salary, but not scheduled for any actual workshifts. That would fulfill the obligations of the contract, and keep said numb-nuts from mucking up the kitchen. This would have the added advantage of keeping them apart from actual talented chefs making far less, thereby salvaging morale.

General Bobby...gone...I thought it was going to be Jen for sure.

I think that Gordon really likes Christina and is pulling for her...I think Corey is ready to rip her head off though! -mJ

All I kept thinking was that none of these people holds a candle to Season 1 winner Michael. I'd prefer to see more BBC F-Words and Kitchen Nightmares. It's getting tough to stay engaged on this season, but I've invested all this time, so...

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. And he was the only one I can remember who didn't seem to have an inflated opinion of himself.

The Final 2 must be the 2 girls, and I do not mean JEN.

And, with the total lack of cooking talents of the boobs, and not being spring chickens, is it ironic that Chef Ramsey would give them a cooking set. I can only imagine them going home and figuring out who can I give it to because I wouldn't know where or what to do with it.

Jen - a delusion in her own mind - no consistency, in love with occasional talents - her getting this far is a testament to the lack of real cooking talent on the show.

All that leg and cleavage - is it sweeps week or something?

As for giving away the set of GORDON RAMSAY COOKWARE BY DALTON - who cares if they don't use it? It was all about a product placement plug after all.

Bastard trick asking which one to send home though. He must have known she would always say Jen - after all, she's not cooked with Bobby that much so she can't really judge, and Jen was clearly the worse on the night.

My money is on Petrozza to reach the finals and quite possibly win.

Well, this is FOX, after all. I'm surprised they haven't visited MILF Island yet.
