Exactly. I thought he made it pretty clear early on that he wasn't going to put up with that. That he'll override bad nominations. So, the nominating is for TV drama, *and* it's a test of management skills.

Bit of a bastard trick telling someone to get back in line and then sending her home.

Liked Cook when he pitched for the Giants. Not so much when he pitched for the D#$&*rs. Despised the Rams and Archuleta....

Ok, Matt needs to go , he has no talent and cannot get along well with others. What did he do grease Ramsey's palm??

ALso Jen needs to go to, I thought Gordan was going sack both of them..

Who thought LouRoss was the right person to go home last night? If it were me, I would have played a bit of strategy and gotten rid of Bobby. -mJ

I can't believe I continue to watch this crap- but I just can't help myself. Ramsay woudl have never let Papapietro (or whatever his name is) send Bobby home- anytime someone pulls a strategy move he ignores them.

I think LouRoss would have done better if they borught him a stool or something..I don't think he could see over the cooktop to see the steaks werent cooked.

I do. Of course I believe they "all" are the right person to go home. Just knowing that one of these yahoos will be cooking at Ramsey's new restaurant, let alone head chef, I would never consider eating there.

Bingo.

I'm hoping that Matt sticks around to the end - his facial expressions are priceless. Let him win it all, and then have Ramsey tell him "F***-off, I would never hire you as a chef." I bet he would break down and cry.

It's hard to take any of these shows seriously when the producers can choose to keep contestants sheerly for amusement value. Remember to read the fine print they show at the end of each episode. Top Chef is the same.

Still, they are good fun.

I don't know why they didn't just let what's her name cook the pasta dish since she said it was so easy. And to let Matt just sit there and sweat into the pan is absolutely disgusting.

I think the girls are going to get rid of Jen the first time that they can.

Matt is on the verge of crying and soiling himself every minute in the kitchen, and I find it hilarious! I can't wait to see his freak out next episode. I think that is just buildup though and don't think that he'll be getting the boot.

I could even see him at some point saying "if that's the kind of managerial decisions you're going to make, YOU'RE going home!"
