Here is a thread to follow through on what Florida Wino started in the WS was Scammed thread.
3030 Ocean - In the Marriot Harbor Beach. We have not been here in a couple years. Food has always been very good to excellent. Service has ranged from good to poor (ie. requests for different server). Wine list is fair but fairly expensive. Used to be $20 corkage or so - the stems we have been given were not great. Setting is hotel and it feels that way. Great seafood - but only ok from a wine lovers' perspective.
Café Seville - We frequent this restaurant. Terrific food- Joe and Sally are great hosts. Service has always been excellent. Food is good even on off nights. The wine list is good but the mark up high especially on cheaper bottles. With that said, Joe often gives deals on wine. $10 corkage - often not charged. Stems are not great.
Hi-Life Café - We used to eat here once a week - Have not been in a while for no particular reason. Food is consistently good. Friendly restaurant. Carlos the chef/co-owner was a contestant on Top Chef. Good wine list, good stems. I think corkage is up to $20 a bottle or at least 18. Used to be 15. Almost always charged. If Kyle is still there, he is very knowledgeable about wine. Recommended. Very gay friendly, not for the homophobes out there.
Himmarshee Bar and Grill - great place. Excellent service, low corkage, good stems. Great food. Excellent cheese course. We have been dining there more and more.
Johnny V - I know people love this place, but I find it very overrated - they think they are much better than they are. Only been once - excellent cheese course and apps, but the entrees were lousy. Good wine list - we had a decently priced Jaffurs Syrah
Mark's Las Olas - recently closed.
Seasons 52 - Good for a chain - healthy and generally tasty. Used to be no corkage but now they are charging.
Sunfish Grill - we dined here recently. No corkage on Tuesday. OTherwise I think it is $20 or so (not sure). Food was ok - definitely pretty good but not what I remembered from the old location. Service was not good. No reason to return.
Will post more later. Love Cacoa in Coral Gables - We have also been eating at Armadillo Beach in Dania as it is 5 minutes from our house, has low corkage and is pretty good.

I gave Seasons 52 4 stars. They have a great list for wines by the glass, and I appreciate the breadth and depth of the list, as it covers the world.
For thos others, if they appear on the WS page, I'll put the comments in for you if you wish.

I was very unimpressed with their wine list as it was almost stricly New World and did not have a single Rhone wine which would pair nicely with many of their dishes. The last time I went, I took advantage of free corkage and brought a CdP.
