Holy crap....tragedy to say the least. First her son, now this. I just saw her on a program last night and thought she didn't look well. All that Trim Spa?? Only 39 too. RIP

2 weeks ago a DJ on a local radio show saw this coming. Without saying the
words, basically said her story is not going to have a happy ending. Too
bad.

I'm surprised she lasted as long as she did, living the irresponsible, self-destructive (and destructive to others) that she did. She has been a pathetic human car crash that people just couldn't take their eyes off of. It's merciful for her and for everyone that her wasted life has been extinguished.

2) I doubt that the litigation could be responsible (see post by Kumazam above)

So the litigation as to the Estate of her deceased Husband goes on, with Anna Nicole's estate against the estate of her husband's son, who died after the Supreme Court sent the case back to the lower courts.
Lot's of money for the lawyers to make, for sure.

There are nameless soldiers from our country dying daily who will never have a tear shed for them. There are children dying of cancer we will never hear of. There are truly good people who die prematurely. I'll save my tears for them.

Cmon, there's a difference between not shedding a tear and feeling a need to kick the dead.

I wouldn't be surprised if it were an OD, and I suspect she's been shooting heroin in every single interview she's had since the baby was born and her son died.
Unfortunately she's always been one of the many lacking any common sense.
Although it was shocking news, it really wasn't when you think about it.
