In Gevrey, Philippe LeClerc has a storefront with all his wines to taste and at good prices too. In Beaune, try and get into the negociants such as Jadot and Bouchard Pere & Fils through your hotel. Chateau de Pommard and Chateaus de Meursault in Pommard & Meursault respectively are owned by large negociants and are open to the public. Your local wine store might be able to set up visits with the smaller domaines through the importers.
