Thank GOD that the season has NOT started. The Giants are STILL in first place. woo hoo!! This is one of the only times I will be able to make that statement this season, sad to say for Giant fans. It is just reality.
Thank goodness Spring training does not count but it does give an omen to what will happen to the Giants this season. The only way the Giants do anything is for them top have ALL low scoring games, not likely to happen but wishful thinking.
The sad part is that other than the pitching staff, I do not know of any of our other starting 8 players on opening day would actually start on other teams, it is that bad. Omar, Molina, and Durham may not start opening day. If anyone wants to see the beautiful ATT Park, it should be easy to get tickets to watch your team play here in San Francisco.

I favor the Sox to win because of their established starters, however the Yanks young starters are looking promising and could make things interesting.
