Saw a bottle of 1994 Lafite Rothschild for sale in a wine store for $200. I know it is not the greatest of vintages, but is it a good buy?

The 1994 Lafite was served at several of the WS Grand Tour events, I think it was over 2 or 3 years. I thought it was an 86 pointer, but WA assigned a 90 and WS assigned a 93. Whatever the score, it was a shallow, astringent, austere wine, with little fruit or pleasure when I tasted it in 2002, 2003 & 2004. I guess it could be better now, but I sure wouldn't waste $200 to find out....
