Don't waste your money. Go online to The Wine Spectator or Robert Parker and get an online subscription. You can access old issues and more.
You will be better off with current info.

I appreciate the advice. I would still like to buy some back issues if someone has any. I sometimes like to read other places besides my desk.

Would magazines full of bullet holes still count as "good condition"?

I guess that depends on the quantity of bullet holes and their placement!
