Got the David Arthur mailer, and I'm not really interested at this time. It's kind of a pain in the butt b/c you can't order individual bottles.

---There is a six of Sauv Blanc, a new wine for them @ $300.

---A "Tuscan Tour" (2 x Cab, 1 x chard, 1 x meritaggio, 1 x Elev 1147, 1 x sangio) @ $482

---An "Elite Tour" (3 x Cab, 4 x meritaggio, 4 x Elev 1147, 1 x Merlot) @ $1,105

---A six pack wood box of Elevation 1147 @ $900

---Magnums of Elev 1147 @ $325

---3Ls of Elev 1147 @ $$750

---6L etched in wood box of Elev 1147 @ $2,000

I might be willing to take a couple of bottles out of a package. If anyone wants in at cost, let me know.

Got the same mailer -- don't think I am buying, just too many other good wines for better prices these days.

Also -- the SB is actually 12 x 750ml for $300 (not six).

Thanks for the correction.

I'm with you on the QPR for these expensive mailers. The same dollars can buy a lot of other very good wine.

I wait-listed, got offered, and passed on these mailers:

Blankiet
Peter Michael
Bacio Divino
Harlan/Bond
Merus
David Arthur

I had read good things that made me sign up for the lists, but when it came down to it... Too pricey.

Curious as to what you feel is better for less money.

I'd be interested in tasting notes from the sav blanc if someone buys. $50 a bottle seems outragious. Razz

Per the correction, it's $25 per bottle for the sauv blanc.

Sticky2 - Are you an Arthur fan? Are they awesomely delicious? Do you buy off the list?

I have only tried his standard cab. I really enjoyed it, it piqued my interest to the point that I have to get my hands on some of the elevation 1147 soon.

I bought a couple bottles off a member in the buying/selling section here. I only have 1 bottle of the cab left that I have to try to get myself to forget about so I don't drink it.
