Can anyone recommend a good book on building your own wine cellar?

I would think a big book to support all that weight.

I have a good contact for customizing/acquiring a split system, if you can build your own (you would probably need a refrigeration guy to charge it). Depending upon where you are, closely attend to the vapor barrier requirements.

Good starter book for a passive cellar, although some of the arguments presented seem to be founded on "hand-waving" science.
