Good reputation or not?

Good group of people. They are the same folks as liquorama.net. I have, per cellar tracker, purchased a bit over 4 cases from them since 2004. They have worked with me in the past on holding my wine when it was to hot to ship. Prices are good but not always the best, although they sometime do have killer deals.
