I have read some of the posts, and am ready for the barrage of skepticism. However I have a very eclectic and high end group of wines for sale.

Since I never expected to sell them, I am trying to ascertain a fair value. I do not want to price myself out of the market or off this board.

I have such gems as a 1.5 of 1986 Mouton as well as 1990 DRC La Tache with a fair representation of California Cabs, outstanding Burgundies, Bordeaux (Lafint, D'Yquem) and many "cult" Cal Cabs (Bryant, Arajuo, Harlan, Hartwell, Grace, etc).

I have these currently cellared at my home in Newport Beach, but have been a frequent visitor to (and kept inventory) at the Wine Cellar Club in Irvine.

Any suggestions on how to "tread lightly" with this group?

Its an ok list, but they buyers here want to splurge. Don't you have any fresher wines? Whats the freshest you've got?

I don't think you realize you're dealing with sophisticated people here.
