ben1843 -- EekI presume that 1983 Latour is actually a 1982 Latour, otherwise it must be a 1983 Latour Imperial, and not a 750.

ben1843 Most of your Bordeaux prices are really quite high. You may have some luck with your Caymus SS.

Actually, compared to most of the websites I've looked at they are lower. These prices are around the best I've found.

for instance. The 2003 Cht. Lafite Rothschild Pauillac is $450 at most places i've found as well as the price in the Wine spectator March 31 issue. Mine is 429.

the Caymus Speciel Select is 136 at most places i've found. Mine is 130. It also was the number one Napa Cab based upon Sine Spectator's Nov. 15th issue.

I actually can't find the 1982 Latour anywhere else. So I don't think they are as much "priced really quite high" so much as they are at or below the market prices.

you can buy a bottle of the 96 Margaux on winecommune for $425 (but-it-now) from a reputable seller (lot #1313274). With the exception of the caymus special selects, your prices are ridiculously high.

Sherry-Lehmann in NYC has the 1982 Latour for $1300.

Calvert Woodley, DC has the 1999 Latour for $179

Winex, Orange CA has the 2003 Lafite for $419

Binny's, Chicago has the 1999 Lafite for $185.

B-21, Florida has the 1996 Lafite for $400.

Calvert Woodley, DC has the 1999 Margaux for $169 & the 1998 Margaux for $149.

Wine Bank, Calif has the 1996 Margaux for $429.

However, as I said above, you might have some luck with the Caymus SS.

Auction them.

Why would anyone here buy these wines from you for $5 to 10 less than from a reputable retailer? Confused
