I am going to be a wine export agent in California for my buyer(my brother)in Malaysia
and like to know what kind of export license would I need. Can I buy from retail instead of winery?

This forum is primarily used for buying and selling bottles of wine between wine drinkers, and primarliy within the United States. Seeking advice for such a thing as an export license here is probably not going to yield much. I'm sure there are resources aplenty in the major wine growing regions in the US (e.g. Napa Valley).
