I don't know cali. Seems that you are interested in buying rare wine for below market value and flipping it for a profit. There isn't anything wrong with that, you are just trying to do it in the wrong place. Not a lot of dolts here that don't understand the market value of cult wines.
I for one am not interested in selling wine to you for less than I could realize at auction. Now if you are interested in purchasing at fair market value......
