Thanks for the reply. The 2006 flew off the shelves here; much quicker than last year. The 2007 is already available.

There was quite a lot of the '06 on a local store's shelves a couple weeks back, we had one a few days ago and it was very pleasant and typical for this bottling. In the unlikely event you're planning a visit to Madison anytime soon, I'd be glad to pick some up for you...

Gig - Did you check winesearcher? Can you have wine shipped into state? I am still waiting to see if DnVsMom has any in the system....

DnVD, unfortunately, I can't have wine shipped legally into the state, which is both a blessing and a curse. K, thanks for the suggestion regarding the CDP, however, I would like to procure a couple of bottles prior to that event.

FWIW, past experience on these shows every vintage is almost identical and should be drank up within the year.
No thanks on the 2007, but thanks for checking.

Basically agree with the first part (easy to do when blending), totally disagree with the second part. These are chards that can last for years. I fairly recently had a 2003 and it was still going strong. Not as good as the 2005's or 2006's, but still very much alive.

Agreed. I am now buying multiples to try over a 3-6 year period.
