Last night with rack of lamb (using Board-O's recipe):

2002 Silverado Limited Reserve Cabernet. Quite good after about an hour in the glass. Picked up on sale at LWS in close-out bin at almost 60 percent off for $34.99. Decent qpr at that price but would not spend $75 for this one at regular price.

It was very good as my wife was very complimentary of my cooking which is a rarity. What's funny is your recipe was bang on down to the 33 minutes cooking time for medium rare. How did you know what size of rack I was cooking?

32-34 minutes for about 1 1/4- 1 1/2 pound rack.

Just one more sip.
