I'm glad to hear these problems eventually get solved. I've had lots of glitches with my account that were responded to quickly. I have an issue now that I've messaged them about three times over two weeks and haven't heard back. I've never used winebid yet.

Did you IM them on their JJBuckley site?
They usually come on quite quickly and, per my experience, it gets needed attention right away.
