Since I just buy my allocation from the mailing list and no more, Parker's official score doesn't really matter that much to me, but I must admit I'm intrigued. I know his original score was 95-7, so his recent 100-point score is a surprise to me. I've seen him adjust scores over time but never like this. Was there any explanation as to why the score changed so dramatically? Is this possibly Jay Miller's assessment? I'm more interested in his impressions about how the wine develops than in the numbers he assigns to them, but any information would be greatly appreciated.

If this score was in the recent release of Rhone Ranger reviews, it was RMP himself who did the reviews.
