Did I ever tell you that a bottle of '94 La Tache was one of the worst bottles of wine I've ever had? True story. It was only $495 though.

If Baird does have the Burg bug, keep it away from me. I will have to make sure that I have bug spray at the offline.

All I can say is that if you get the opportunity to try any of the DRC wines from a good year, run. Big Grin Once you try the stuff, it can get pretty expensive.

P.S. The 2002 La Tache was more $$$ than that, so I'm sure it is better than your 1994. Razz Big Grin

This is on sale (reg $56) only at the Inniskillin 'Wine Rack' stores. It's bottled in 'Canadian Olympic' packaging, which is being discontinued. WS rates this 89 and shows a $59US price.
